What if someone told you, right now, that you could have a whole day to do whatever it is your heart desires. If you aren’t jumping for joy right now, then this workbook is for you.

This easy to use interactive workbook is about finding out what you love, what excites you, and where your passions lie. It will give you an opportunity to learn more about yourself through a series of easy to follow exercises designed to wake your consciousness up.

Your personal awareness will be built upon through five simple steps:

  1. Paying attention
  2. Self-discovery
  3. Defining necessities
  4. Trials and testing
  5. Letting go

As you complete each step you will build a better understanding of what you love, what your heart desires, and what you want to do with a whole day just for you.

It is never too late to get yourself off autopilot and add more joy to your life.  Download your free (pdf) copy of this 25 page workbook:

“I laid my preconceptions aside and gave time to the exercises. The results were amazing! If I hadn’t had the workbook, I wouldn’t have been focused, I would have missed hearing, seeing and feeling opportunity, and I wouldn’t be laughing, loving and living where I am now” Alana C.
